西雅圖綠韻合唱團是一個男女混聲合唱團體，成立於於2006年11月。由黃秋芳老師指揮，帶領一群愛好音樂的朋友以歌會友，增進生活情趣同時提昇音樂素養。2020年起由林桂帆老師接手擔任指導老師及指揮。演唱的歌曲包括國台語，客家語，以及世界各地名曲。通常是每月聚會二次，練唱時間為隔週三早上10:00-12:00，歡迎有興趣的朋友一起加入。請洽團長：張志丞 cec327f@yahoo.com
The Seattle Emerald Singing Group is a mixed ensemble formed in November 2006. Conducted by Ms. Chio-Fang Shen, she led a group of music-loving men and women singing songs in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese as well as some songs from all over the world in other languages. The main purpose of the group is to provide community through music, enhancing quality of life by making friends through singing and improving music literacy. From 2020 onwards, Ms. Kuei-Fan Lin took over as instructor and conductor. The group typically meets in person twice a month. Our rehearsal time is from 10:00 to 12:00 every other Wednesday. 綠韻合唱團 團員 Choir Members:
指揮 Conductor： 林桂帆 Kuei-Fan Lin
林桂帆，器樂與電腦/電子音樂作曲家，喜歡探索音色的豐富性與器樂的各種延伸技巧。畢業於國立台北教育大學音樂學系及研究所，主修作曲，師事陳永明教授、曾毓忠教授。2014年取得亞利桑那大學作曲音樂藝術博士學位，師事Dr.Craig Walsh。在美期間，專研現代音樂及電腦音樂創作，其電腦音樂原創作品多次獲得國際獎項肯定，並經常入選發表於各國際性電腦音樂研討會與學術活動及音樂節，遍及亞洲、歐洲、澳洲、北美及南美。其兩首電腦音樂作品Id, Super Ego, and Ego 和Invisible Jungle亦收錄於義大利Città di Udine國際當代音樂創作比賽第八屆與第十屆決選作品CD專輯。2017來到西雅圖後，曾任融融合唱團的鋼琴伴奏。現為綠韻合唱團、西雅圖台灣基督教會聖歌隊及Keystone Hummingbirds Choir 的合唱指揮，也專注於音樂創作及鋼琴教學。近年來開始創作教會歌曲及合唱作品，其混聲合唱作品〈台灣台灣我所愛〉及〈珍惜台灣〉首演於2019西雅圖台美人傳統週台灣音樂欣賞會及2023台灣之音音樂會。〈珍惜台灣〉也於2023年12月由華岡唱友合唱團在其60周年珍惜台灣公益演唱會上台灣首演。
Kuei-Fan Lin is a composer of acoustic and electroacoustic music. She loves to explore a variety of timbres from extended instrumental techniques and sonic sound worlds. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from National Taipei University of Education in Taiwan, and doctoral degree from The University of Arizona. She studied music composition with Dr. Yong-Ming Chen, Dr. Yu-Chung Tseng and Dr. Craig Walsh. Her music has been performed in numerous computer music conferences and festivals throughout Asia, Europe, Australia, North America and South America. Her pieces were the finalists and have been selected to be included in the CD of the 8th &10th International Composition Competition "Città di Udine". Kuei-Fan was the accompanists for Tucson Girls Chorus and Tucson Arizona Boys Chorus. After moving to Seattle, she had been the accompanist for the Rong Rong Chinese Folk Choir. She is currently the choral conductor of Seattle Emerald Singing Group, Seattle Taiwanese Christian Church Choir and Keystone Hummingbirds Choir. She also engages in music composition and piano teaching. She has started to compose church music and choral pieces recently. Her choral pieces, Taiwan, My Beloved and Taiwan My Treasure were premiered in 2019 and 2023 Seattle Taiwanese Heritage Week Music Appreciation Concert. In December 2023, Taiwan My Treasure was premiered in Taiwan by Hwakang Alumni Chorus in their 60th Anniversary Concert
伴奏 Pianist：吳瑋婷 Wei Ting Wu
美國波士頓大學鋼琴演奏碩士，師事鋼琴家Boaz Sharon，攻讀學位期間榮獲獎學金擔任學校專任鋼琴伴奏助教。畢業於台灣師範大學音樂系、高雄中學與新興國中音樂班，曾師事林淑真教授、吳美靜老師，並受 Francesco Monopoli, Marcella Crudeli, Maxim Moghilevsky, Daniel del Pino, John Perry, Ian Hobson 等多位鋼琴家指導。求學期間榮獲第三十一屆與第三十三屆功學社學術獎學金、台師大校內優秀學生獎學金；於國內外多次舉辦鋼琴獨奏會、擔任音樂會與錄音之鋼琴協奏。曾任教於高雄中學、新莊高中、新興高中、屏東女中、鳳西國中、 前金國中、屏東中正國中音樂班，現旅居美國西雅圖，從事音樂演出與教學。
Wei Ting Wu obtained her master degree of Piano Performance at Boston University and studied with Boaz Sharon. During her degree, she was awarded with the scholarship of collaborative pianist. She graduated from top music schools in Taiwan and studied with Professor Lin, Shu-Cheng and Wu, Mei-Ching. She has been coached by well-known pianists, Francesco Monopoli, Marcella Crudeli, Maxim Moghilevsky, Daniel del Pino, John Perry and Ian Hobson. She won the 31st and 33rd KHS Academic Scholarships and National Taiwan Normal University Scholarships for Outstanding Students.
Wei Ting has performed both as a soloist and collaborative pianist in many concerts and recordings in Taiwan, USA and Italy. She taught piano performance and music theory at Kaohsiung Senior High School, Hsin Chuang Senior High School, Sinsing Senior High School, National Pingtung Girls' Senior High School, etc. Now Wei Ting lives in Seattle, USA, where she is engaged in music performance and teaching.
